I amalways looking for piece of cake dinner ideas! I like cooking, but doing it every night for the residual of forever sometimes gets to be a little much 😂 . My youngest kids are 10 and 12 and while they are pretty good at baking already, they oasis't done much actual meal preparation. So I'm starting to teach them how to make some simple meals, like this French Bread Meatball sandwich.
This dinner idea is easy enough that they can do the entire affair on their ain. This recipe makes ii great big sandwiches from 1 loaf of french bread, which I usually slice into six individual sandwiches, although if yous're serving kids you could stretch it to eight sandwiches. And the recipe can easily be doubled to serve 12-14: only look for a 32 oz bag of frozen meatballs if you demand to serve a oversupply! Add some fries and a green salad and you take an easy meal that takes very footling hands on time but still tastes great.
